Pedalo® Pedasan Balance Roller
Our feet, which are almost always protected and supported by shoes, are no longer accustomed to using their own support system of ligaments and muscles. Barefoot exercises on the Pedalo Pedasan strengthen and train the neglected parts of the body - particularly the arches of the feet. In addition, the foot reflex zones are stimulated and massaged, which improves blood circulation in the legs and feet. Furthermore, balance exercises on the balancing roller help train and improve balance abilities.
The Pedasan is a well-designed wooden balance device, approximately 37 cm wide, and available in two diameters (22 or 32 cm).
