Pedalo® Forefoot Lifter
With the Pedalo Forefoot Lifter, you activate the neural control of the responsible muscles (mainly the anterior shin muscles) for improved walking pattern through targeted exercises.
For the exercise, the forefoot is placed so that the resistance band runs across the toes (toes extend beyond the resistance band), while the heel is placed on the half-round wood. Depending on the desired tension length, the knee of the exercising foot is positioned vertically above or behind the heel. The leg remains completely relaxed during the execution. The focus is on the forefoot and the anterior shin muscle. The toes should remain stretched during the exercise and should not be additionally pulled upwards.
