Thanks to the base that moves in all directions, the Pedalo® foot rocker is a functional training device designed to improve the coordination of the structures of the upper and lower ankle joints, activate and strengthen the lower leg and foot muscles, and stabilise the entire leg axis. Exercises performed standing on one leg on an unstable surface provide intense stimulation and train not only the leg muscles but also the entire pelvic and core musculature.
