Pedalo® Core Trainer

With the pedalo® Core-Trainer, you can specifically train the straight and lateral abdominal muscles. The special thing about pedalo®'s Core-Trainer is the exercise execution in the forearm plank position. This relieves the wrists, arms, and shoulders compared to conventional abdominal rollers and supports correct movement execution.

In the forearm plank position on the pedalo® Core-Trainer, you automatically have a more compact and better body posture. This prevents excessive lordosis during longer execution.

Depending on your requirements and motor skills, you can either place your knees or train with straight legs. Instead of supporting yourself with your forearms on the pedalo® Core-Trainer, you can position your feet on the Core-Trainer and then pull them towards your body.
