Pedalo® Pull-Up Bar with Ball Grip

The pedalo® pull-up bar consists of a 56 cm long solid wood bar with grip balls at both ends. You can attach the pedalo® pull-up bar using the vine cord and adjust the length individually.
Thanks to the vine cord attached in the middle of the pedalo® pull-up bar, you have to evenly distribute your own body weight over both arms. This activates smaller supporting muscles and promotes even better intermuscular coordination. 3 types of grips are possible thanks to the balls at both ends.
