The pedalo® Balance Disc 50 offers you a stable exercise surface for training coordination and mobility. With this device, you can perform a variety of exercises in a hip-width stance, sitting, lying down, or in a supported position. The instability in every position challenges the stabilizing muscles, leg stability, and overall body balance.
