The Pedalo® 5S Coordination Course is a well-thought-out, modular training system for effective balance, coordination, and health training in everyday life. Five different stations cover central movement patterns along all body axes and allow for holistic training of vestibular motor skills - all in just a few minutes a day.
Thanks to self-explanatory exercise panels, stable handrails, and a secure standing construction, the course is ideal for corporate health promotion, rehab areas, schools, therapy centers, as well as public exercise spaces. Training is done intuitively "on the go" and stands out for its high motivational character, safety, and fun in movement.
