The facility is suitable for free weight training for multiple athletes simultaneously and for every fitness level. Pull-ups can be performed on the bars, and a suspension trainer, rings, or bands can also be hung. The Monkey Bars are used for swinging or performing pull-ups in different grip positions. Climbing or hanging bands can be attached to the climbing wall. The side attachments expand the exercise variations with incline push-ups, dips, and sit-ups.
