The elastic magic cord from Deuser, also known as a gymnastics cord, offers endless possibilities. The cord can be used, for example, for skipping rope, stretching exercises, ball games, or as a net substitute and field boundary. The cord can be used to train agility and jumping power.

Exercises with the magic rope
- Tension the gymnastics cord and use it as an obstacle to jump over or for initial high jump exercises
- Stretch the cord at a height that requires a jump to touch it with your hands
- Perform a forward roll over the stretched cord. Hook the loops of the stretched cord onto your feet and alternately pull the straight legs upwards. This trains the abdominal muscles.
- Attach the magic cord, for example, to a climbing frame, stand facing away from the climbing frame, and grasp the loops with your hands. Alternately pull forward with straight arms, right and left.
