Outdoor rowing machine in a sturdy construction, with a special coating and a stainless steel motion arm for high robustness and durability. Rowing primarily trains the muscles of the back and arms.
The weight resistance can be individually adjusted between 20-70 kg by means of an adjustable weight sled. A handlebar with different grip positions allows for a comfortable hand and arm posture during training.
