Thanks to its robust steel construction with a special coating, it offers maximum durability and weather resistance. The equipment allows for a variety of bodyweight exercises such as leg raises, dips, and pull-ups, enhancing outdoor training with effective exercises targeting numerous upper body and core muscle groups. The different grip positions and widths provide varied training options as well as ergonomic hand placement. The textured surface of the bars ensures a secure grip during workouts. Its maintenance-free design further enhances its functionality, making the device ideal for parks, sports facilities, and schoolyards.
