Outdoor incline bench in solid construction, with special coating and stainless steel moving parts for high durability and longevity. Incline bench pressing primarily targets the muscles of the chest, front shoulders, and upper arms.
The weight load can be individually adjusted from 15-55 kg (with one sled) or 10-85 kg (with two sleds) using up to two adjustable weight sleds. The handlebars with two grip positions allow for a comfortable hand and arm position during training.
