Outdoor fitness equipment with a solid construction, special coating, and stainless steel guide rail for high durability and longevity. The bicep curl specifically targets the two muscle heads of the arm flexor.
The weight load can be individually adjusted between 12.5-70 kg using the adjustable weight sled. The seat is securely attached to a rail system and can be quickly adjusted in height.
