The Weightlifting Platform is a special training area for barbell training in strength sports and Olympic weightlifting. The middle plank made of bamboo wood ensures a secure stance, while the side rubber plates cushion the impact of even heavier weights. The platform is bounded by a metal frame with four attachments for training bands.
