The Nordic Sport® javelin "Viking" is an excellent training javelin that can be used in competitions as well as in schools and clubs. It is also ideal for beginners.

Classification according to Flex numbers:
Since 2012, the Swedish athletics specialist Nordic Sport has classified javelins by flex numbers instead of throwing distance. Flex numbers indicate the stiffness of the javelins. The rule is: the smaller the number, the stiffer the javelin.
Available in five versions:
400 g: 190.5-191.5 cm; approx. 406-415 g, shaft diameter 22.7 mm, flex 11.9
500 g: 200.5-201.5 cm; approx. 506-515 g, shaft diameter 23.7 mm, flex 11.6
600 g: 220.5-221.5 cm; approx. 606-615 g, shaft diameter 24.7 mm, flex 11.1
700 g: 230.5-231.5 cm; approx. 706-715 g, shaft diameter 27.7 mm, flex 10.7
