Nike Strength® Weight Sled

The Nike Strength® weight sled enables versatile push, pull, and drag exercises for targeted improvement of strength, explosive power, and speed. The sturdy base is made of 6 mm thick, powder-coated steel, and the durable steel rails are designed for intense training sessions. The two rails can be removed and used on either side, allowing quick changes of direction without turning the sled. Two laser-cut attachment holes enable the use of suitable towing devices. Plastic gliders reduce noise and allow use on concrete, asphalt, and artificial turf. The weight sled is compatible with standard 50 mm hole weight plates and can bear loads up to 225 kg.
