Nike Strength® Curl Bar

The Nike Strength® Curl Bar features a curved design that allows for various grip positions, enabling targeted arm training. Both classic and close-grip curls can be performed comfortably, while the ergonomic shape supports a natural wrist position and reduces unnecessary strain. The pronounced knurling ensures a secure grip even during intense training sessions. Individual grip markings help with consistent hand placement. Two needle bearings provide smooth and even rotation of the weight plate mounts.
