The Nike Strength® barbell with 20 kg is a versatile barbell for classic strength training, functional workouts, HIIT, and Olympic weightlifting exercises. The 28.5 mm thick shaft with a robust chrome coating combines high durability with a balanced, medium flex. The medium Volcano knurling provides a secure grip, while double grip marks make it easier to position the hands evenly. Four high-quality bushings allow smooth rotation of the plate sleeves and support controlled movements during various lifting exercises.
