The 25 mm thick shaft with a durable chrome coating combines high load capacity with balanced, medium flex behaviour. The medium volcano knurling provides a secure grip, while double grip markings make it easier to position the hands evenly. Four high-quality bushings allow smooth rotation of the plate sleeves and support controlled movements during various lifting exercises.
