Nike Strength® Adjustable Weight Bench

The Nike Strength® adjustable weight bench offers versatile training options with a total of 28 adjustment combinations in flat, inclined, and nearly upright positions. The backrest can be set in seven stages from 0° to 85°, while the seat has four positions from 0° to 30°. The sturdy frame made of powder-coated steel, firm foam padding, and durable synthetic leather cover provide stability and comfort during various strength exercises. Thanks to integrated transport wheels and an ergonomic, knurled handle, the training bench is easy to move. For space-saving storage, it can be stood upright after training.
