The Togu Multiroll gymnastics roll is an individually adjustable, air-filled support aid with a versatile application in therapy and fitness. The roll is ideal for strength training, stabilization, relaxation, and for use in aqua gymnastics. The Togu Multiroll is excellent for use in functional training and rehabilitation. The roll has a pleasantly velvety surface and can also be used as a Pilates roll or in the yoga area. The firmness of the air-filled roll can be individually adjusted using the included air pump.
