You can now easily and quickly incorporate the mobile header pendulum into your soccer training. The header pendulum consists of two robust plastic poles (PVC, Ø 48 mm) and is easy and flexible to mount on posts and crossbar. The mobile header pendulum fits on both posts of a goal. This allows you to improve your heading game and also incorporate the training device into goalkeeping training.

In addition to the two plastic poles, the delivery includes 3 elastic bands and a fluorescent, adjustable rope (length approx. 310 cm) for attaching the pendulum ball. The pendulum ball is not included.

The great advantage of the mobile header pendulum is that you don't have to embed massive poles stationary in ground sleeves, but can use the header pendulum at any time and anywhere at short notice.
