MFT® Challenge Disc digital
The MFT Challenge Disc Digital combines classic balance and coordination training with digital training control. An integrated Bluetooth motion sensor captures movements and transmits the training data to the free MFT Bodyteamwork app. The app offers coordination tests, individual training recommendations, five training levels, and six interactive games. Training results can be analysed directly and progress tracked.
The Challenge Disc is suitable for beginners as well as advanced users and can be used both one-legged and two-legged. It supports training of balance, coordination, and core stability and is versatile for use in fitness, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, as well as competitive and club sports. Free training videos, workout plans, and exercise instructions complement the digital training offering.
