As the only reformer on the market that can be compactly shortened, its soft rollers glide smoothly and quietly on the floor. Like all Balanced Body reformers, the Metro IQ is professionally equipped with Balanced Body Signature Springs™ and SoftTouch™ ropes, allowing for quick and quiet adjustments.

The Metro IQ features an innovative footbar with four positions that can easily slide in and out of two pre-drilled receptacles at the foot end of the reformer. This footbar comes standard with comfortable and durable padding. The comfortable, multi-part padded foam carriage, shoulder rests, and headrest ensure high training comfort. The shoulder rests are adjustable in two ways (standard and wide), removable, and can be neatly stored flush under the carriage.
