Marbo Sport® Salmon Ladder MFT-A013

The training equipment in the form of a ladder can be integrated into a Marbo system with the help of two pillars and a wall attachment consisting of two bars. The set consists of seven individual parts made of powder-coated, chrome-plated steel.

The goal of the exercise is to hang on the pull-up bar and gradually move up the ladder step by step. This requires and trains grip strength, arm, shoulder, and back muscles, as well as coordination.

How is the exercise typically performed?

You hold on to the pull-up bar with both hands and try to create an upward movement during the pull-up by using the right momentum and thus hook into the next higher step. The movement is complex and strength demanding.
