The equipment features a sturdy, powder-coated steel frame made of oval tubing, measuring 100 x 50mm, with enclosed industrial ball bearings at the pivot points. The machines have high-quality seat and back cushions, as well as durable grip padding. The leg press includes a large, movable footplate for correct leg positioning throughout the entire range of motion. Additionally, it features an adjustable safety stop system, which limits the range of motion.
The leg muscles as a whole represent a significant part of the body's musculature, and due to their direct connection to the core muscles, they are also essential. The leg press allows for effective training of the gluteus, quadriceps, and calf muscle groups. The weight can be individually adjusted for each athlete and easily switched between sets.
