Steelflex® Plate Load Leg Curl lying

Plate-loaded strength equipment for individual loading with 50 mm weight plates. A sturdy powder-coated steel frame made of 100 x 50 mm oval tube with encapsulated industrial ball bearings at the pivot points.
High-quality seat and back pads for comfortable sitting and robust handles that fit well in the hand. The pad positions are adjustable multiple times. Legs with independently movable motion for flexible uni- or bilateral training of the hamstrings. Knee and back-friendly bench design. The side handles serve as training support.
