The sports and therapy balance disc is a versatile training device for the field of sports and therapy. In this wooden version, the balance disc is particularly stable and robust. The wooden balance disc is used in physiotherapy, physical therapy, sports, and for coordination and balance training. Therapy disc exercises also strengthen your foot muscles and promote your sense of balance.

Continuous balancing movements not only promote and strengthen your sense of balance and coordination, but also target deep muscles. The wooden balance disc comes in 3 different difficulty levels. The half-sphere on the underside of the sports disc has a diameter of 20 cm, 25 cm, and 30 cm. The larger the diameter, the easier the exercises as the therapy disc does not tilt too much.
