Kübler Sport® Dragonskin® Softball METALLIC

The Dragonskin® Softball Metallic shines in very special colors. Like Olympic medals, the balls are available in bronze, silver, and gold, and the sizes range from bronze to gold accordingly. This allows for numerous creative training methods and school games to be developed. The balls have a high appeal due to their striking color. However, playing with the metallic balls is not only fun, it also encourages children to have their first encounters with different sports. With the soft balls and their grippy surface, there is no risk of injury, and children and beginners quickly lose their fear, for example, of being hit. In addition, the balls have the typical "Dragonskin" PU coating, making them washable, disinfectable, and hygienic.

Is the ball inflatable?

No, the ball has a foam core and is therefore not air-filled. It can be easily compressed and still quickly returns to its original shape.

Can the ball be used in water?

No, the ball is not suitable for water. The foam core absorbs water, which usually causes it to become deformed and damaged.

Can the ball be used outdoors?

No. Although the softball is more durable than open-pore foam balls without coating due to its PU coating, it will not withstand rough surfaces like asphalt or grass for long.

Why is this softball more hygienic than comparable softballs?

Thanks to the typical “elephant skin” PU coating, the softball can be washed and disinfected after use. The coating prevents the foam from absorbing dirt and bacteria.
