The balance board is a versatile training device. Ideal for older children as well as adults. With the cork roller or cork ball, it offers a unique training experience.
A balance board activates various muscle groups. Balancing engages the back, core, foot, abdominal, and leg muscles. You stay in motion and train balance and coordination.
It is suitable for practicing all board sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, skateboarding, or snowboarding. As a playful surfboard, it can be used for many exercises and bring fun for the whole family.
