Inter-Play® Outdoor Chest Press

Depending on the grip position, various muscle groups in the chest, shoulders, and arms are trained. The resistance for training is provided by the individual's own body weight.

The device is made of corrosion-protected and powder-coated steel. The handle ends are ergonomically rounded, welded, and profiled for user safety.

For installation, a steel anchor is embedded into a pre-existing foundation, onto which the device is then screwed onto the flange with M16 bolts.
