The Thera-Band® Progressive Finger and Hand Trainer is used for the recovery and improvement of strength and mobility after hand or wrist surgery.
Specifically designed for occupational therapy and rehabilitation of wrist injuries, the Thera-Band® Progressive Hand Trainer allows for training of the entire hand or individual fingers. The high-quality latex inserts are very durable and tear-resistant. The set consists of six latex inserts of the same resistance level, serving as a practical replacement for old or damaged inserts of the progressive hand trainer.
The well-known color coding (Beige to Black) used in other Thera-Band® products with increasing resistance levels allows for individualized training to improve overall hand strength, finger extension, flexion, and abduction.
The hand trainer is available in various resistance levels.
The set includes 6 pieces per resistance level and comes with an exercise guide.
