The foam elements with a double hollow chamber system and combined polyether foam ribs ensure a softer landing, as the impact is better absorbed by the double hollow chambers. The double hollow chamber foam cores are each enclosed in individual covers, allowing the system to be easily assembled and disassembled without damaging the core. Directly on top of the double hollow chamber system is an additional foam core, approximately 10 cm thick. This is called the wear or spike mat, which protects the main blocks from spike nails and can be cost-effectively replaced after prolonged use. Among the high jump mat options, this is the luxury version. This version is also available with an official IAAF certification.

The cover of the Aero-Olympia high jump system is made of tear-resistant PVC tarpaulin fabric with a durable Trevira weave. A intermediate floor made of PVC tarpaulin fabric is sewn above the double hollow chamber system, creating an improved rain protection. The wear or spike mat is equipped with PVC-coated and interwoven mesh fabric on the top and bottom. The mat is attached using a plastic snap-lock system, allowing the mat to be flipped over if needed!
