The foam elements with a double hollow chamber system combined with polyether foam webs ensure an even softer landing, as the impact is better absorbed by the double hollow chambers. The double hollow chamber foam cores are each in separate covers, allowing the system to be set up and dismantled at any time without damaging the core. Directly on top of the double hollow chamber system, there is an additional foam core, approximately 10 cm thick. This, also known as a wear or spike mat, protects the main blocks from spike nails and can be cost-effectively replaced after extended use. Among the high jump cushion designs, this is the luxury version.

The cover of the high jump system Aero-Olympia is made of PVC tarpaulin fabric with tear-resistant Trevira fabric reinforcement. Above the double hollow chamber system, an additional intermediate floor made of PVC tarpaulin fabric is sewn in, providing improved rain protection. The wear or spike mat is equipped with PVC-coated and additionally interwoven mesh fabric on the top and bottom.
