Advantages
The free-standing punching bag is just as good an alternative as a boxing dummy wherever there are no ceiling or wall fixtures suitable or possible for a sandbag. For training with the freestanding punching bag, we recommend sandbag gloves (K1164-K1167) or boxing gloves (K1152-K1154).

Punching Bag XXL
Ideal training equipment for boxing and many other combat sports like kickboxing or Muay Thai. The particularly generous striking surface allows for training high and low kicks. A very stable alternative to traditional punching bags with a comparably large target area. Children and adults can train on the freestanding punching bag without having to adjust the height. The base of the punching bag can be filled with gravel, sand, or water up to approximately 100 kg, ensuring excellent stability. The XXL freestanding punching bag consists of a sturdy inner tube with a approximately 15 cm thick, impact-absorbing vinyl padding all around.
