Bänfer® Handstand Blocks
2 handstand blocks with the grip profile of a parallel bar. Handstand blocks relieve the wrists during handstands by optimally distributing pressure and reducing the bending of the hands. The wooden blocks are used for handstand exercises in gymnastics. Before performing a handstand on the parallel bars, the various handstand phases are practiced on the handstand blocks at a safe height close to the ground.
