The GYMSTICK is a simple, effective, and versatile training device for use in physiotherapy, fitness studios, clubs, and individual home training. It can be used for all exercises that can be performed with free weights and improves cardiovascular function, strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.

The 75 cm long latex tubes are attached to both ends of the 130 cm bar, and the two free loops are secured under the feet. The resistance can be easily and quickly adjusted by wrapping the tubes around the stick.
