The magic rope is a popular training tool for group gymnastics and can be used while standing, walking, or sitting. The gymnastics circle is suitable for children, adults, and seniors, and is also recommended for people with disabilities. The participants form a circle; the magic circle is also laid out in a circular shape.

Exercise Examples

The following exercises can be performed, for example, with the Magic Circle:
