The Puzzle Mat 3D® offers a forward-looking approach for impact protection, ball sports, and walkway surfaces. Thanks to the puzzle elements, the tiles can be quickly assembled and have a defined gap distance. The integrated 3D interlocking connects the modules horizontally and vertically to form a coherent system that compensates for unevenness and reliably prevents subsequent slippage. Even round or nested areas can be easily created, as besides the 3D interlocking, matching edge and corner elements ensure a clear finish without the need for cutting. The beveled edges are particularly suitable for barrier-free walkways, schoolyards, or old, cracked asphalt and tennis surfaces, which are stabilized and functionally upgraded by the system.

Minor color defects and color variations are possible due to the differences in the reprocessed base materials.
The products have a width and length tolerance of 1-2% and a thickness tolerance of 1-2 mm. It is recommended to store the products for at least one week before installation, so that they can reach their final dimensions.
