Getra® Diskus MASTER BASIC
The Getra® Diskus MASTER BASIC is the ideal discus for discus throw in training and competition. The dimensions are according to international regulations. The discus consists of a multi-hardened stainless steel ring and fiberglass shells with a screw and center plate for balancing. The discus is available in various variants.

Discus throwing
Discus throwing is a throwing discipline in athletics. In competition, men throw a discus weighing 2 kg with a diameter between 21.9 cm and 22.1 cm. Women throw a 1 kg discus with a diameter between 18.0 and 18.2 cm. The discus is a flat, lens-shaped disc.
