The German Swimming Certificate (DSP) is the official documentation of the 3-level performance requirements in swimming according to the new German Examination Regulations (DPO) starting from January 1, 2020. It serves as proof of the achieved swimming badges Bronze, Silver, and Gold, accompanying children, adolescents, and adults on their way to becoming proficient swimmers. The green booklet provides clearly structured pages with the respective requirements, as well as fields for the personal details of the pass holder, the examination location, date, examiner's signature, and examination number.

Swimming badges

From January 1st, 2020, there will no longer be a distinction between youth swimming badges and swimming badges. Regardless of age, the Bronze, Silver, and Gold swimming badges are proof of safe swimming.
