Fiberglass Vaulting Pole 200 cm
Lightweight, sturdy jumping pole made of fiberglass, coated with a super-grippy rubber. Both ends of the pole are fitted with rounded rubber caps.
In children's athletics, pole jumping serves as preparation for pole vaulting. In combination with target mats, it offers a variety of exercise possibilities.

Exercise for pole jumping
Mark a starting point with a marking cone or a take-off mark for a run-up. The child runs up, taking off on one foot. Right-handers jump off the left foot and hold the jump pole with the left hand at the bottom and the right hand at the top. The pole is pressed into the ground, and the jumper swings past it, for example, over a small obstacle or a marker. Behind the obstacle, the target mats are arranged in ascending order. Number one is placed one metre behind the obstacle, number two is two metres behind, and so on.
