Exercise for pole jumping

Mark a starting point with a marker cone or a starting mark for a run-up. The child runs up and performs a single-leg takeoff. Right-handed individuals take off with their left foot and grip the jump bar with the left hand on the bottom and the right hand on the top. The bar is pressed into the ground and the jumper swings past it, for example, over a small obstacle or marker. Behind the obstacle, the target mats are arranged in ascending order. Number one is located one meter behind the obstacle, number two is located two meters behind, etc.
