Ideal training accessory for athletic and fitness training. The Flexvit Resist Band can be used for a variety of exercises including jump, agility, sprint, and resistance training, as well as in therapy. The fabric covering of the rubber makes the bands suitable for allergy sufferers and prevents pilling. The bands each have a Velcro fastener for fixation, e.g. on the body or another band.
The fitness band is available in various strengths, with the elasticity of the bands being approximately 200%, except for the strongest band, which can only stretch by about 50%.
