Ideal training equipment for athletic and fitness training. The set of 10 Flexvit Resist bands can be used for a variety of exercises in jumping, agility, sprinting, and resistance training in clubs or therapy settings. The fabric coating on the rubber makes the bands suitable for allergy sufferers and prevents them from snagging. Each band has a Velcro closure for fastening to the body or another band.
The fitness band is available in different strengths, with the bands having a stretching capacity of approximately 200% except for the strongest band, which can only stretch by about 50%.
