Elastic impact protection surfaces offer effective protection on sports and play facilities, schoolyards, playgrounds, and recreational areas, especially under and around climbing frames and play equipment, when children jump or fall from the equipment. Impact protection tiles reduce the impact and minimize the risk of injury. The homogeneous and consistently flexible structure of the impact protection tiles ensures the highest level of safety and durability. The tiles can be installed on both stable, bound surfaces and unbound surfaces (no sand). The impact protection tiles are securely fastened and equipped with factory-installed connectors, preventing slippage and removal, and enabling quick and cost-effective installation.

Installation of EUROFLEX® Impact Protection Tiles

The substrate must be frost-resistant and level. The installation of the tiles can be done directly on a bound base. An asphalt or lean concrete bed is suitable. For already existing paved surfaces (e.g. concrete, asphalt), unevenness must be levelled with a suitable leveling layer. To ensure water drainage, the base must have a slope and be water-permeable.
If the base is waterproof, it is important to ensure a slope of approximately 2% and a drainage option for the water. Minor colour differences and fading are material-related.
