Erzi® Woodroll Trigger Set
It is the ideal trigger aid for individuals and therapists.
The trigger point is a muscle knot that often measures just a few millimeters. This knot is often caused by injuries, overuse, poor posture, and even psychological stress. These underlying causes result in small, sustained contractions in the muscle.
With the Trigger Set and its various sizes of trigger balls, you can effectively treat the point. After accurately locating the painful trigger point, pressure is applied to this point using the appropriate Woodroll Trigger for some time in order to dissolve the trigger point and relieve the muscle from its contraction.
Thanks to the various sizes of trigger balls, you can work with two different intensities. The Trigger Set is the optimal helper for everyday use in the office, while traveling, or at home. The different muscle knots can be triggered while lying down, sitting, or standing. With the help of a second person, the Woodroll Trigger can also be used as a massage and trigger aid.
