The grip holes, grip bars, and grip surfaces also provide various depths, angles, and slopes for a versatile and challenging workout. Bands can be attached to the metal eyelets as stepping aids to simplify the training.
The training board is made in Germany with a pleasant surface made of birch plywood. The grip surfaces are roughened to ensure optimal grip.
