This life-size torso can be disassembled into 27 individual parts and displays the main organs and anatomical details of the human body. The right half of the head is open and displays the skull, brain, mouth and throat area, as well as the eye. The front of the neck is open, allowing for the study of the larynx, thyroid gland, and neck vessels. The chest and abdomen are fully open, and all internal organs can be removed and partially dissected. Male and female genitalia can be interchanged. The back is open and displays parts of the back muscles, the spine, spinal nerves, as well as a removable vertebra with spinal cord.
