The Circle enables a full upper body workout in combination with targeted strengthening of the cardiovascular system. Exercise can be performed in both forward and backward movements. The seat of the Circle can be folded forward to allow for training while standing or sitting on a exercise ball, and also to accommodate wheelchair users. The length of the crank arms is adjustable, and two innovative ball handles ensure a comfortable grip position.
