The Egg Flips motivate you to train the correct breathing technique. Due to their low weight, the Egg Flips float on the water's surface. When exhaling or blowing at the right height, they flip over. The Egg Flips are always designed in two different colors, which makes success in proper breathing immediately visible. When flipping the eggs (with proper breathing), the color changes, allowing immediate control of breathing success. This training aid is also commonly used in Halliwick therapy.
