DTB Competition Tennis Ring
The sport of Ring Tennis is organized within the German Gymnastics Federation. The game is played one-on-one or as doubles on a Badminton-like court. The objective of the game is to throw the ring over the net into the opponent's field in a way that they are not able to catch it and return it.
Ring Tennis can also be played in school sports with simple rules. The three most important basic rules are:
- Do not smash the ring from top to bottom.
- Do not pause the movement during the throw to deceive the opponent.
- Touching the net is not allowed.
